Principium Club emerged from a simple observation: the most valuable professional connections happen in small rooms where thoughtful people gather to talk about what really matters.

Since 2021, Ajibola and Bukky Onifade have led a masterclass series that attracted over 200 ambitious professionals from across the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Canada, India, Switzerland, and Mexico. Those conversations revealed an unmet need: a home for professionals who refuse to accept superficial networking.

The original masterclass focused on planning. This one keeps that foundation and adds three new tracks built directly from Ajibola and Bukky's professional expertise.

Good to Know

Who is the Masterclass for?

Executives, founders, operators, consultants, coaches, and emerging leaders who want more than networking — whether you're a returning masterclass alumnus or new to Principium Club.

Do I need to take all four tracks?

No. Each track stands on its own. Many members focus on the one or two most relevant to where they are right now.

Is this the same as the original masterclass?

The planning track carries the original curriculum forward. The three new tracks — transformation, AI, and cybersecurity — are new additions for this relaunch.

How do I join?

Apply below. Prior masterclass alumni will also receive a direct invitation as part of the relaunch.

Do I have to pay?

Not necessarily. Each track offers a free session every quarter. Paid sessions ($29–$49) offer deeper, small-group access. Club membership is complimentary for the founding 200+ alumni, with a paid tier for members joining after the founding cohort.
